Weekend Wingman Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Weekend Wingman helps users plan activities, places to visit, food stops, and live events. This policy explains the information the app uses and how users can control it.

Information the app uses

The app may use planning prompts, selected city or place, optional current location, saved plans, favorites, notification settings, account profile information, and profile photo choices.

Location

Current location is optional. Weekend Wingman asks for location permission only after the user taps a current-location planning action. Users can plan by manually entering a city or place without granting location permission.

Planning and provider results

Weekend Wingman may send compact text from nearby place and event results to a planning service so the app can rank and select useful ideas. Listing preview images come from the original Google Places or Ticketmaster listing when available.

Account and login

Users may sign in with supported identity providers and can sign out from Settings or from the side menu when signed in. Signed-in account metadata can be stored through Supabase Auth so profile and preference features can work. Provider API keys and OAuth secrets are not stored in the mobile app.

Notifications

Weekend Wingman may ask for push notification permission in the app. Notifications require device permission, and users can disable notifications in the app settings or in their device settings.

Data deletion

Users can request account data deletion using the instructions at User Data Deletion Instructions.
